Religions United
Religions United (RU) – was initiated by the Oklahoma Conference of Churches and is administered by a voluntary interfaith steering committee. RU strives to build interfaith relationships, to build respect, understanding, friendship and tolerance in the greater faith community

Project Portfolio:
- Prayers from the Heart—April 2003… Provided an opportunity for members of various religions to come together at a central location and offer prayers for the war ensuing in the Middle East The site was hosted by members of different religions and literature from various world religions was made available.
- First Annual Interfaith Youth Tour—March 2004… Provided a positive experience for youth and junior youth from various religious communities to learn about and experience different faiths living together in an atmosphere of fellowship, peace, respect and acceptance. A bus tour allowed more than 80 participants to visit a Muslim mosque, a Jewish synagogue and an Episcopalian cathedral. The youth participants were from Baha’i, Christian, Jewish, Moslem, and Unitarian denominations.
- Concert of Sacred Music—Featured sacred music and prayers of the world’s religions ‑ May 1, 2005
- Interfaith Youth Tour 2006—Featured various religious institutions and promoted education and fellowship among interfaith participants
- Interfaith Dinner/Forum 2008 and 2009—Allowed representatives of a variety of religious traditions to share insight into their Faith and how it promotes interfaith understanding and cooperation
- Interfaith Youth Tour 2008 and 2009—Provided a positive experience for youth and junior youth from various religious communities to learn about and experience different faiths living together in an atmosphere of fellowship, peace, respect and acceptance.
