Jasmine mcdade-geiger

Jasmine McDade-Geiger serves as the Tulsa Strengthening Families Program Specialist for the Oklahoma Faith Network.

Jasmine, affectionately known as Jas, was born and raised in Dumas, Arkansas and later relocated to Little Rock, Arkansas where she graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a bachelor of science degree in Communication Sciences. After graduating, Jas spent seven years in public education as a teacher and an administrator. She relocated to Tulsa, OK in 2015 with her husband, Alex.

She recognized her love for organization, strategic planning, leadership development and program and ministry innovation when she had the opportunity to organize, launch and lead GraceLand Children’s Ministry at New Jerusalem Tulsa. Soon after she co-founded Christ for Kids, LLC - an organization designed to build, grow and sustain effective children’s ministry in small to mid-size churches. As an organizational leader and an aspiring womanist theologian, her desire is to see small to mid-size churches and non-profit organizations maximize their potential through strategic planning, leadership development, and ministry and program innovation.

Jasmine currently serves as the Pastor of Operations at New Jerusalem Tulsa and as a full-time Master of Divinity student at Phillips Theological Seminary where she has received the Outstanding Baptist Student Award and the John L. Thomas, Jr. Pastoral Preaching Award. She was also a member of the Student Senate. Jas enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with family in her spare time. She is the proud wife of Alex Geiger. They reside in Tulsa with their two dogs, Pluto and Preach.
