Kiera Ratliff is the Strengthening Families Program Manager for the Oklahoma Faith Network.

Kiera grew up a member of Dellrose United Methodist Church in Wichita, Kansas. She participated in the praise dance ministry, youth usher board, and choir. Kiera also served as team lead for the children’s nursery.

Kiera is originally from Wichita, Kansas but moved to Oklahoma City in August of 2022. She attended Kansas State University, where she graduated with a dual bachelor’s in psychology and sociology. During her time in undergrad, she participated in research of prison nursery programs and the significance of the maternal-child bond. Her passion for supporting families continued after college through her work in child welfare. During this time, she also completed a technical certificate for interior design. She is very interested in home renovations and remodeling. Kiera enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, home decor, and perusing through the aisles of Target. Kiera lives in Oklahoma City with her husband and her dog, Maddox.
